Return Policy

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don’t love it out of the box, rest assured you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost, less a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear and that the customer will pay return shipping in some instances.  Please review specific product return policies below.

Standard Returns 

Our return policy for the Explorer and Farmhouse Collections covers returns of most blankets in "new" or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned are anything damaged by normal wear and tear and/or blankets put in the washing machine. Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return before a refund is issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns.

Our return policy for the Heavenly Collection covers returns up to 14 days after delivery. The blanket must be returned in its original condition and packaging along with all seals and tags attached. Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return before a refund is issued.

If a product is deemed defective, Woolly Mammoth Woolen Company will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. What is not covered? Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed.

Defective or Damaged Items 

If we made a mistake, we will take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry-shipping charges are on us both for the returned item and the replacement. 

What Constitutes Wear and Tear?

Regardless of how carefully you use and handle your blanket, it may eventually begin to experience a natural breakdown of materials and show wear. Fabric wearing thin, showing abrasions, stains, discoloration, or rips will be considered wear and tear.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your blanket, simply return your item by emailing us at info@wmwcompany.com and place a new order for the item you would like in return. Shipping charges will apply. Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
